Breaking Into the Beauty Market: How KYmedia Scaled Kottur Through Creator Content
How a new skincare brand turned creator content into a scalable growth channel — building visibility in a highly competitive beauty market with KYmedia.
Kottur entered one of the most competitive consumer categories: skincare.

For a new beauty brand, having a strong product is only the beginning. The real challenge is becoming visible in a market where consumers discover new products every day through creators, recommendations and short-form content.

Kottur needed more than a traditional launch campaign. It needed enough content to become difficult to ignore.

The Challenge

Kottur’s goal was to increase brand awareness while supporting sales of selected skincare products.

But beauty marketing has changed. Consumers increasingly encounter products through native creator content rather than traditional advertising alone, which means emerging brands are competing not only for media space, but for attention inside an enormous volume of social content.

The challenge was therefore not to produce several polished advertisements. It was to create a continuous presence around Kottur and its products.

A New Approach to Beauty Marketing

Instead of treating UGC as a handful of individual creator collaborations, KYmedia approached it as a scalable content system.

We built a dedicated content factory for Kottur with 10 creators, allowing the brand to continuously produce and distribute native creator-led content.

The idea was simple: in an overcrowded beauty market, visibility should not depend on one viral video or one expensive influencer placement.

It should be built through repetition, experimentation and volume.

Our Approach

KYmedia developed a creator ecosystem around the brand designed specifically for continuous content production.

Creators produced native videos around Kottur products while our team managed the production process, content direction and execution.

This allowed different products, messages, creative approaches and formats to appear repeatedly across social platforms without making the campaign feel like traditional repetitive advertising.

The result was a model where Kottur could behave less like a new brand trying to buy attention and more like a brand already embedded in social media culture.

From Campaigns to Content Infrastructure

Over the course of the collaboration, the system produced more than 10,000 UGC posts featuring Kottur.

That scale changed the role of creator marketing.

Instead of running isolated activations followed by periods of silence, the brand could maintain an ongoing stream of creator-led content and continuously expose new audiences to its products.

For a young skincare brand, that consistency is particularly valuable: familiarity can be built through hundreds and eventually thousands of individual consumer touchpoints rather than a small number of major advertising moments.

The Results

The Kottur content factory generated an average of 9,000,000 views per month.

Average monthly CPV reached $0.0027.

More than 10,000 UGC posts featuring the brand were produced through the system, powered by a dedicated team of 10 creators.

What Kottur Shows About the Future of Beauty Marketing

Beauty brands are increasingly competing in a content economy.

The advantage is no longer simply having access to creators. The advantage is having the infrastructure to produce enough creator content, test enough ideas and maintain enough visibility to stay present in consumers’ feeds.

Kottur became an example of how an emerging skincare brand can use high-volume creator content not simply as an advertising format, but as part of its growth infrastructure.

Scaling Beauty Brands with KYmedia

KYmedia builds scalable creator marketing and short-form content systems for consumer brands.

For beauty and skincare companies, that means turning creator content from occasional collaborations into a repeatable production engine — combining creators, content development, management, publishing and performance optimization within one system.

The goal is not simply to make more videos.

The goal is to make a brand impossible to overlook.
